Let’s improve your work, your speed, and your income …
All while having fun and making lifetime connections.
The key to nail tech success is simplification. In fact, one will argue that’s the key to all business success.
The key to faster success in the industry, is to follow someone else’s proven framework for doing so.
When you do, you take the guesswork out of it, and you rest in the fact that this path has already worked for someone else (often many others), and that with the right amount of effort and commitment, this proven path will work for you too.
But success requires ONE big commitment from you, and that is …
BELIEVING IN YOURSELF that indeed you can do this too.
Where you and I, and just a very few other highly motivated independent nail techs, will meet in-person to iron out the little things in your business, that are holding you back from your BIGGEST potential.
The Roadmap Experience is going to help you with:
Pages of notes, demo clips you’ll never review, and your studio stuffed in a luggage.
Bring only your gel brushes, and the comfort items that make your vacation.
9-5pm.
Snack breaks throughout + lunch.
All about reviewing application. Some of what we’ll review:
— Your removal & prep process for efficiency and speed
— Gel nail application for precision and speed
— Troubleshoot specific areas you’re struggling in
9-4pm.
Snack breaks throughout + lunch.
All about reviewing your biz for growth. Some of what we’ll review:
— Your service menu & pricing
— Strategies to book more clients
— Designate an income goal

This event is happening in Southern Indiana.
Specifically in the local and historical town of New Albany, nestled right next to the Ohio River.
Meeting time will be held in a conference room in town. Exact location will be emailed.
Lodging and social events, including lunch, dinner, will be either catered or located in town.
I’ve put a few in-person classes together, and I always feel the same about them…
So much energy and money goes into setting everything up… just for our students to pack their studio in a luggage and try to improve themselves in just one day.
So I thought… How can I elevate the learning experience and make it even more meaningful and career changing without my students (and I) spending so much energy and money on things that wont elevate them. (Like spending hours packing and unpacking a traveling kit, buying products their not sure they’ll continue using, taking blurry class snippets, and hovering over the tall person in front of them.)
So I wanted to turn the in-person learning experience into less of a chore, and turn it into something we all enjoy way more- a vacation!
A bizcation tailored to your specific needs and growth- beyond just the meeting room!
WHO: This event is hosted by Paola Ponce, and it’s open to current nail professionals.
WHAT: 2 days in-person event with up to 4 students for troubleshooting, growing and networking.
WHEN: October 15 & 16
WHERE: New Albany, Indiana
In person events are a splurge. Let’s take some of that splurge to give you personalized guidance.
You’ll have two nights booked at one of the town’s local hotel. This is for each night of the two class days.
Because I know how meaningful conversations around great food can be!
All work and no play? Not at this event. Outside of class time and lunch we’ll fit a casual hang-out in the town.
An in-person event without a swag bag? Not this one. A bag of treats and delights awaits you.
This course is the blueprint to a successful nail journey. Its the perfect accompaniment. My gift to you for entrusting me as your guide.
The price for the Roadmap Experience is $2500. At this time only a $500 deposit is due. You will be contacted August 15th for the remainder. Payment plans are available via Affirm, Paypal, or a 2-pay option.

This event is just near Indiana and Kentucky state borders. Explore both states while you’re here!
Some of our favorite places to eat are Upland Brewery (Indiana), The River House (Kentucky), and for a guilty pleasure Paris Ban MI & Bakery (Kentucky).
Are you into museums? The Louisville Slugger, and my personal favorite, The Kentucky Derby Museum are worth your visit.
Didn’t drink enough during the event? Kentucky is the home of Bourbon. Book a bourbon tour with a local guide.
This event is for professional structure soft gel specialists who have already started taking clients and need help with their business in the areas of application, income and clientele growth.
This is event is not for DIYers, or for those who occasionally see friends and family at home for nails.
It is also ok if you have moved away from any of the brands that I like and recommend and if you want to bring the particular gels you’re currently using for application.
Please remember that my focus is around premium soft gels only, and therefore I cannot help you with any other nail system. (i.e. hard gel, acrylic, etc…). I can help you with potted and bottled soft gel systems.

Hey hey! That was me in 2015.
I was into “gel polish”, and still figuring this “nail tech success” thing out.
Two years later… I was a published nail artist, fully booked (with a waitlist), making $80k+ in annual income, and working only with the products, services, and clients that lit me up.
It took me five whole years to get there (2.5 years before the pic, and 2.5 years after) with a whole lot of sweat, pain, and tears.
I realized that the path to nail tech success did not have to be that hard. And you certainly don’t have to go at it alone, if you can connect with a great mentor.
So I’ve made it my mission, to simplify the journey for you.
I create education that shares everything I’ve learned, and continue to learn, so that you have everything you need, within a click, to achieve success much much sooner!
