1. Choose a nude color, cure.
2. Grab white and a liner brush & paint where you want your rainbow effect.
3. Using pigment powders (pink, yellow, blue) begin blending, with an eyeshadow brush.
4. Dust off, and flash cure.
5. Top coat, cure.
