Module 3 Lesson 2 Gel Overlay (Builder Gel Overlay)

In this lesson you will learn how to apply a structured overlay with a higher apex. I call this a “Build 2” overlay.

It is important to note that many clients will not want “thick nails” even when you manage to beautifully self-level a high apex.

Only create a high apex structured overlay on: medium to long-length natural nails that need the support, and/or damaged nails. Particularly those that have experienced product pulled off from them, or when someone is going from hard products like acrylic, to now soak-off gel.
