For courses listed as “lifetime access”, lifetime access refers to unlimited individual use of the program, up until any program is retired from our catalog of courses.
Paola Ponce Nails shall not be liable for delay or failure in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure is caused by conditions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, fire, flood, inclement weather, accident, earthquakes, telecommunications line failures, electrical outages, network failures, internet failures, acts of God, terrorism, civil commotion, or labor disputes.
Should conditions beyond our control occur, a written program will be attempted to be delivered to students who have recently enrolled within the last 6 months.
