Remove Gel Overlay Like This to Avoid Damage to the Nails

About 3 months ago, I sat down to do my nails for you for a watch-me-work session. The final set was one of my favorites ever. A magnetic gel with 3D bubble elements. But while getting to that stunning finish…  I must admit, things got a little rough during the removal process. My natural nails looked damaged. I kept calm, knowing (after 10+ years of doing nails) that they most likely look worse than they really are. But because I couldn’t fully (scientifically, I guess) understand what was going on, I felt bad that I may have left a bad impression on you about gel nails and gel removal.

And so I thought, if I am so confident everything is fine, why not prove it and show you?! And so that is what today’s episode is about.

I’m stripping ALL of the nail gel product so that together we can see that, indeed, my natural nails are not permanently or severely damaged from that gel removal (and 10+ years of consistently doing my nails).

Alright, when you’re ready, hit play!
